WrestleZone Top Ten: TNA Debuts

Number 6: Desmond Wolfe: October 22, 2009

Nigel McGuinness is what he is more known as, but Wolfe made his return/debut on Impact when he battered Kurt Angle. McGuinness and Danielson, the two prizes of ROH, were both rumored to sign with WWE, but McGuinness failed a pre drug screening test. He had a ton of hype from the IWC and every dirt sheet on the web, including this one. His talent in the ring is unquestioned, and was one guy that TNA thought they could re-create. Well the debut and short term was great, but he never panned out, as he fizzed out and is now “retired.” He had everything, had the crowd anticipating his success, but it fell short in TNA.
