Title This: WWE Raw Reaction 4-9-12

Three Stooges come out, with Curly coming out dressed as Hulk Hogan. Kane comes out and clears the ring, chokeslamming Curly. Awful segment that nobody cared about.

Mark Henry is backstage and says he gets a no countout, no DQ match next week with CM Punk.

Josh Matthews is with Brock Lesnar, and Lesnar says he is damn proud to be back in the WWE. He is proud of everything he does, including being the UFC Heavyweight Champion. He calls Laurinaitis smart for bringing him back and putting him at the top, where he belongs. He is not here to make friends, and that he is a war machine and an ass kicker. He says Cena cannot hold his jock strap. He says the suits and fans are more proud he is back.

Great interview here, letting Brock speak. It felt like he really meant those words, and the fans loved to hear him talk more than the few words from earlier. He has come leaps and bounds from where he was in terms of talking 8 years ago. You can tell he knows what to say and how to articulate it.

John Cena def. David Otunga:

What I Liked:

Actually, a pretty decent match, even though there is no lust or glamour between the two guys. Otunga was given enough offense on Cena to show his strength. Man, Otunga is an absolute beast in terms of look, and it is only a matter of time where he is taken more serious in terms of competitors for championships. The end with Lesnar was perfect. Lesnar looked like he was toying with Cena, and stands tall once again.

What I Disliked:

Cena did not do anything besides his five moves to win, but it was more than him winning. We all knew Lesnar would come out, but Cena just felt a little off in the ring. It felt like they did not care what he did against Otunga, but more importantly, to take the F-5 from Lesnar and that is it. I wonder if this is the right decision to let Lesnar and Cena fight at Extreme Rules. It may be rushed, as well as too much for a PPV right after Mania? It could easily devalue the whole return for Lesnar. Also, I am interested in seeing if Cena gets any upper hands on Lesnar in teh coming weeks. Question: Is it too soon for Lesnar and Cena to fight?
