Wrestlezone’s Top 10: Money in the Bank Moments

Number 8: The Ressurection of Kane

Kane

With his career in limbo, Kane had a golden opportunity in 2010 with the first ever Money in the Bank Pay Per View.Kane would have to overcome The Big Show, Cody Rhodes, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Kofi Kingston, Drew McIntyre and Matt Hardy. A solid combination of young and veteran presence, I was shocked to see Kane win this match. What was more shocking is that he would defeat Rey Mysterio later that night and walk out with the World Heavyweight Championship. A man who deserved it more than anyone else, Kane would finally get himself a length title run on Smackdown and basically carry that brand into 2011. The Big Red Machine showed his career was still full of surprises and great matches. I liked the surprise element, and was something that needed to be done for the ressurection of someone who has paid his dues time and time again.
