 Beth Phoenix - One Step Up
She's classy, and I give her a ton of credit for that fact. Beth Phoenix has every right to be raising cain on her way out of the company, but she won't. Classy AND smart. It does her no good to burn that bridge.
I'm giving her a step up for leaving, period.
Beth could stay and continue watching her TV time being given to less-deserving women, but she realizes there are other opportunities outside of WWE. Even in wrestling. Between TNA, indies and autograph appearances, she'd be fine for a while.
I don't think we've seen the last of Beth Phoenix in WWE. She'll leave for a year or two and because great women in wrestling are hard to find, she'll still have value. And regardless of what reports suggest about the future of the Divas Division, I see it only getting better from here.
It certainly can't get any worse. Other than losing Beth Phoenix, that is.
