Antonio CesaroAntonio Cesaro Defeats Brodus Clay

What I Liked:

Wow. I was completely shocked that Cesaro picked up the victory in such a clean fashion. Brodus hit his offensive moves early, including a running head butt. That looks so good coming from a guy his size, so well done. I also was impressed with the strength of Cesaro, being able to lift and hold up Clay just enough to grab the attention of the fans. That is what Cesaro needs to continue to do. Each week, he needs to progress in more of his overall character. We still have not gotten a personal connection with him, but it is coming.

What I Disliked:

What does this do to the big man? Questions that cannot be answered are rarely connected with "good" answers. We shall see what they do with him in the near future, but a quick loss like this devalues a push, if he had any to begin with.

The Miz Defeats Zack Ryder

What I Liked:

I noticed Ryder spent too much time tanning this week. He looked like an orange. The match itself was a typical Ryder match. I feel like they are all written the same, with Ryder getting a chance, but falling short. The Miz, still, is a very good heel with a lot to offer. Even though Miz is kind of stuck in a situation where he cannot go up, he can solidify a mid card spot for himself. I love the Powerbomb into the ropes, something that nobody else does. Good for Miz to be able to add small moves that separate him from the normality.

What I Disliked:

I really want more out of these guys. Neither are in a feud, in a storyline, and are used to further other feuds. It kind of bothers me because Ryder is still popular, and The Miz is still The Miz. He is still a guy who can say he beat John Cena at WrestleMania.
