The Main Event

It was all about CM Punk's 365 day reign as WWE Champion. This was what we all were awaiting, as well as Ambrose, Reigns, and Rollins either speaking or doing something else memorable. We had a great video package for CM Punk, as well as him in the ring with Paul Heyman. He discussed how he is the best, and mocked The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Finally, Ryback came out, but was attacked by the three men once again. Much like Survivor Series, they grabbed and beat down Ryback and powerbombed him through a table, again.

So, what was the point of this ending? We did not get a huge celebration or even a new championship belt. This did NOTHING for me. It was a repeat of what we got 24 hours ago, and that is it. Instead of it focusing on Punk and all that he has done, it left me really wondering what the point was? Do we get more questions than answers? Yes. We did not get much from Punk at the end, when we should have had a gamechanging moment. Instead, we get a repeat of something that we paid 50 bucks for. Grade: C

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
