The Main Event

When talking about main event, it should always be in the same sentence as Austin Aries. I am not the only who thinks he is one of, if not, the best workers in the world today. His ability to make any feud or any wrestler important is astounding, and he can do it just by the words he speaks. Aries needs to be the champion of this company because he thrived so much after Roode held it for so long. I am not sure why they gave up on him being champion, but it looks like he is away from Ray and back to the primary focus.

Jeff Hardy and Austin Aries went face to face in the ring, as Aries wanted his championship belt back. Since he lost a match where he could not get another chance, he had to do something about it. I thought it was intelligent that he paid off the gang of Aces and Eights, so he would force Hardy to give him a shot. I want this feud again, think it does both men wonders, and is a real treat for the TNA Universe, if there is one. Aries HAS to win the belt back, right? If he doesn't, what is the point of another rematch? Grade: B-

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
