Team Hell No defeated 3MB to kick off the wrestling part of WWE Smackdown. Although 3MB garnered some offense early on, it was all about making Kane and Daniel look extremely strong. I cannot argue with this because they are the champions, while 3MB have been nothing but a joke since they joined. You can see some athleticism in Slater, who stands out the most to me in the group of three. Bryan makes him tap out to the No Lock. Once again, it is another week without actual competition for these guys. Team Hell No needs competition heading into Wrestlemania. They are too good to leave off the card, so who will they give them? Time is running out to find something interesting.
Ryback defeated Damien Sandow in a quick match. Once again, Ryback looks impressive. What is the difference between this match and what we saw from the very beginning from him? That is all I am concerned about. With the potential Henry vs. Ryback match, he needs to look like a beast. I get that, but it comes at the expense from someone who desperately needs something creative wise. Sandow and Rhodes NEED to get back together as soon as humanly possible. They fight the New Age Outlaws on Raw, so I doubt they win that. Do we see the Outlaws try to save the tag team divison? I would not be completely against it, but Sandow and Rhodes deserve that Wrestlemania spot.
Mark Henry squashes Yoshi Tatsu to look dominant… I assume. Well, at least he was seen on Smackdown. This is the lazy and easy way for them to get Henry over.
Tamina defeated Kaitlyn in which it seems like Layla is going to be in the feud. She distracted the referee, inadvertantly. Tamina attacked the champion and was able to hit the Samoan Drop. This was pretty boring. Does anyone care who won this match? And, I am even a Kaitlyn fan. Grade: D
