Jack Swagger defeated Chris Jericho after a great contest took much of Smackdown. I love seeing the return of Chris Jericho because he consistently puts on the best matches on television. Jericho added some headbutts onto Jack to flip the switch in the middle parts of the contest. Jericho continued the attacks with a dropkick from the top rope, followed by an attempted Hurricanranna that was blocked. Both men are so elusive and fluent in the ring. You can tell the chemistry both of these "wrestlers" have in the ring. The timing was great and the attention to detail after every move worked out for Jack and Chris. The bigger part of the match was what happened at the end. Swagger would win thanks to a distraction from Fandango. Fandango would kick Jericho in the head and hit a legdrop onto him. He says his name and walks away.
-Without the World Heavyweight Champion on Smackdown, this night was meant for building every other match. I do think the steam has been cooled a bit with Swagger vs. Del Rio, but there is plenty of time to heat it back up. Fandango vs. Chris Jericho is interesting.
