9.John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels: Wrestlemania 23

Ford Field in Detroit was a night that relied on the new face vs. the veteran. With an injury to Triple H, Shawn Michaels was called upon to take on John Cena on the grand stage. Although it was not as good their match a few weeks later on Raw, this was certainly a great bout. I knew John Cena was going to win, but this was his coming out party to be noticed as an above average wrestler. For the second straight year, John Cena defeated a member of DX. The last 5 minutes of the match was hot. The crowd was into it and was into the multiple kickouts from finishers. Cena solidifed himself as the main guy. He needed a win over Michaels, who was putting on classic matches every year at Wrestlemania.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
