The Main Event

Bully Ray defeated Jeff Hardy to retain the TNA Heavyweight Championship. This was a very entertaining Full Metal Mayhem match. Both men put on some good spots. I really have to point out one big mistake. When Ray gets hit with Twist of Fate, it was SO OBVIOUS that the next spot where he lays on the table was planned. We all know it happens, but this botch looked pretty bad.

The ending came when Bully Ray had a hammer given to him by Taz. He hits Hardy with it, which causes him to fall off the ladder. Bully Ray retains. This is interesting to me because it took a little hammer to stop Hardy. Tables, Ladders, Chair, and Stairs could not stop him, but this did? The ending was logical for the heel to retain, while Hardy still feels a little screwed over. I get it, but do not like it.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
