Wrestlezone’s Top 10: Worst WWE Pay Per View Names

Josh Isenberg

9. WWE Global Warning

WWE took a Pay Per View to Australia in 2002, entitled Global Warning. It was in August and WWE wanted to expand their horizons. I am shocked they did not go with something "down under" but this was just as bad. It was a bad attempt at a play on words, with Global Warming becoming a topic of conversation in the media. I never liked this name because it is so lame. WWE needs more creativity on a naming basis. I felt like they did not care what this was called because it was taped and shown at a later time to most of the world. Either way, this name was pretty bad and takes a rightful spot on this list.
