Isenberg and Killam Run Down the World Heavyweight Championship Money in the Bank Participants

Fandango

Josh Isenberg: A concussion halted the push of Fandango. He was a guy that was penciled in to become IC Champion a month ago, but WWE had to go another way. I still think his character is entertaining, but they have not been able to give him solid time in the ring to showcase all of his talent. Fandango does not NEED the briefcase because he has something much better to look at. Her name is Summer Rae. As soon as you think Fandango is going to go away, she will be a piece that keeps him relevant. She has been the only evolution of the character and that needs to change. Oh, no! Do not give the briefcase to Fandango.

Mike Killam: It's Fan…dang…no. It's ridiculous to me that this guy is, reportedly, Vince McMahon's "pet project". He was over for about two weeks, thanks to a rowdy European crowd after WrestleMania, but it's done. Fandango can't draw heat, and the few dozen people that still care are cheering for him; not productive. He might have better luck as a comedy face, but I do enjoy his ring work enough to think that would be a waste. Much like Damien Sandow (we'll get to that) absurd gimmicks can only get a Superstar so far in the WWE midcard in this day and age. But the fact of the mater is, right now, with Vinny Mac's support or not, he's just not ready for a world title push. Give him that briefcase, and he'll flop worse than Jack Swagger circa 2010.
