The Miz – One Step Down
There are few people surprised by the downfall of this former champion, and I’m not one of them. Last night’s horrible segment on Raw is a prime example of where Miz is right now. And where Managment thinks he should be.
Why he’s there isn’t the question either. There’s only so much room at the top, and Miz doesn’t really deserve to be there.
Finding other productive ways to use The Miz isn’t a bad or good option — it’s the only option. “Hosting” SummerSlam and segments like last night should fall right into his wheelhouse. So you would think anyway. The divas segment was nearly unbearable to watch.
I’m rarely wrong, but I was dead wrong about Miz and his face turn. I thought he’d be a perfect fit as a good guy, but something doesn’t work with it. Not at all.
