AJ StylesThe Main Events

EGO defeated Main Event Mafia in a 6 man tag team match. Sting, Magnus, and Joe were facing off against Daniels, Roode, and Kazarian. Like you expected, this was an exciting match that would really focus on all out mayhem. Joe throws Kaz to the outside and connects with a suicide dive. Daniels goes to dive on him but Sting clotheslines him and hits a splash into the corner. The end of the match comes when Roode tries to hit Sting with a bat but Magnus takes the hit instead. He rolls up Magnus and that is the end of it. I was surprised to see Magnus take the loss. He needs to look stronger than everyone right now. With a loss to AJ Styles in the finals of Bound For Glory, Magnus needs to pick up consistent wins so the crowd does not forget that they should back in for the future. Instead, he takes the loss and MEM loses to a thrown together stable of three guys who should not be in a group together. We already have two stables. Why do they need three?

-Bully Ray comes out and talks about being together. He says he needs to thank someone. He thanks Brooke over all of the guys, which upsets his fellow boys. Wes speaks up and says that they have done everything for him and they deserved to be thanked. Garrett agrees with Wes and say they have been with him since day one. Bully Ray sticks up for Brooke. Knux pulls Ray back into the ring and they get face to face. Knux said the group is falling apart because of Bully Ray wanting it to be about himself and not the group. Bully gets pissed and Knux says "bros before hoes" and Ray shoves him. Wes and Garrett try to separate them and Ray leaves before him and Knux get into any more physical interactions.

Well, Aces and Eights have fallen to Bully Ray vs. Knux. Mike Knox vs. Bubby Dudley. Yes, this is really happening on TNA. It has been a long ride for the group and it should wind down to save Bully Ray from becoming just another guy. He is too good at being a heel, too good at working right now to be involved with these guys in a stable who seems to lose members on a weekly basis. Wes and Ray are the only two guys I care about in Aces and Eights.

-AJ Styles comes out and bashes TNA and Dixie Carter. He talks about guys being let go in the company, like Alex Shelley and Jay Lethal. He rips the fact that he is not under contract and bascially pulls a very poor attempt at trying to be his own "CM Punk Pipebomb." The similiarities are there. Out comes Dixie, who looks sad and feels bad. She says she is sorry for making AJ Styles feel more important and better than he actually is. She says he is a little better than average, calling him "The Marginal One." She yells at the camera and tells them this is her company and her show. The lights go out and that is the end of Impact.

– Is TNA serious? I understand nothing is original in TNA, but they are blatently trying to use Punk's way of getting over and mixing it with how WWE is using Daniel Bryan. This is just a little pathetic right now. This is what they stooped to right now. Styles is so much better than this, better than recycling storylines that are still so fresh in the WWE. What the hell? Dixie tries really hard, but she is not a powerful figure on TELEVISION. Just because she owns the company does not mean that she needs to be that authority figure. Bischoff, Heyman, and McMahon are the only guys that, in recent memory, have pulled that off to give success to their company.
