The Undercard

Impact Wrestling ReactionJoseph Park and Eric Young defeated Bad Influence. This match was pretty decent between four different guys in the ring. Finally, we get the "revelation" that Park is actually Abyss. Eric Young punches Park in the head until he sees the blood. This enrages Park, who dominates Daniels and Kazarian. He hits a Black Hole Slam and his team is victorious. It is time to finally let Park morph into Abyss. We all could care less about a fat lawyer gimmick. I would really like to see Abyss come back and immediately be in an important feud. He could easily target a higher profile heel or face. There are many options for him when the mask comes back.

Ethan Carter gets in the ring and is about to call someone out. Instead, Sting comes out and challenges him to a match or either enter "Feast or Fired" later tonight. Well, I assume that some of my ideas are not nonsense. A few weeks ago, I mentioned how Ethan Carter needed a really important guy from the beginning. Is there a better fit for him that "The Icon?"

Austin Aries defeated Chris Sabin to win the X-Division Championship. As you would expect, Sabin and Aries put on quite the match. Am I loving Sabin as a heel? No. In fact, I think that this could be a long and entertaining feud between two talented guys if they flipped their persona. Aries is much better as a heel, while Sabin is always going to be loved by the fans because of what he has done for the company. Sabin is somewhat of a charity case, not in a bad way. The fans admire him because of his injuries and fighting back. Nonetheless, Sabin picks up a win after both guys brawl to the outside and Aries finally hits his finisher. I loved how Aries kept striking Sabin with an ear smack and elbows multiple times before falling to the outside. It felt more real and felt like it was a brawl to the end.

-Madison Rayne returned and helped out ODB from her attacks by Tapa and Kim. I am not sure what TNA plans to do with Rayne. Will her or ODB be chasing the championship? Sometimes, TNA can go off on an illogical path, one that makes zero sense. I would rather see ODB and Kim than Rayne vs. Kim.
