Paul Heyman comes out and talks about Lesnar beating The Undertaker. He talks about breaking the streak and how Lesnar could have beaten Undertaker even more. They talk about Vince McMahon riding to the hospital with Undertaker last night. Paul Heyman talks about the WWE locker room and says they are all a bunch of wannabees. Heyman says that there are a lot of people in the back that could never fight in the Octagon. He says Lesnar is the one in 21-1. Heyman panders to the crowd and mocks their intelligence, like only Paul Heyman could. Wow, simply wow. Paul Heyman killed that promo and was absolutely perfect.
WWE Tag Team Championship
Randy Orton works on Jey Uso and he fires back. Batista gets back in the ring and kicks him in the corner. Randy Orton gets back into the ring and they exchange fast tags. All four men are outside of the ring and chaos breaks loose. Orton throws one Uso into the steps and then hits a hanging DDT. Both teams are counted out, but it does not matter to Batista and Orton. Batista hits a Batista Bomb on Jimmy onto the steel steps. Both men are frustrated and upset. Thank God that these guys did not win the WWE Tag Team Championships. They do not need it and do not need to ruin a division. Let Orton and Batista both want to get the same title and chase for it, keep somewhat of a friendship and help Triple H. I really think an Evolution-type reunion would benefit all of them. It wouldn't be a few young guys in a stable; it would be three stars on the same team trying to dissolve Daniel Bryan.
Rob Van Dam defeated Damien Sandow
RVD returns to the WWE and is immediately beaten down by Sandow. Sandow hits a Russian leg sweep. He hits an Elbow of Disdain. RVD hits a spinning heel kick and hits another to send Sandow to the outside. RVD sets Sandow on the barricade and drills his leg into his back. Sandow gets kicked once again and RVD hits Rolling Thunder. RVD goes up top and hits the 5 Star Frog Splash for the win. This was a fast and entertaining match. RVD comes back. What does he do? Who is going to face him? I would not be upset if someone like a Wade Barrett gets into a feud. RVD has a fast offense and someone like Barrett could use his bad news gimmick to target some of the older superstars. He might be too close to being a face, though.
