Luke Harper Becomes Intercontinental Champion

raw reaction Before the match starts, The Authority attacks Ziggler and Rollins hits him with a briefcase. Harper hits a big kick and a side suplex for a two count. Ziggler is able to hit the Fameasser and Harper counters with another suplex. Luke Harper measures Ziggler and Ziggler hits a superkick for a two count. Dolph fights out of a powerbomb and Luke Harper hits a clothesline to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

The championship change really surprised me to kick off WWE Raw, but it was not a bad surprise. I love Ziggler as a champion, but it seems like he is getting bigger than the title.

The story of Dolph Ziggler has been great, having him overcome many obstacles. With a guy like Harper coming back, I think this will solidify himself as a main player and only do bigger things for him. Ziggler will always be over and I can see him feud with Rollins or continue with Harper for a few months.

This a good thing, if they let Dolph do more outside of the ring. Let his character develop more than just his ability in the ring. This could create fresh ideas and new things for all involved.

Tyson Kidd defeated Adam Rose

Adam Rose gets in a few offensive moves, including a spinebuster. He gets distracted by The Bunny, who flirts with Natalya on the outside. After the match, Rose tries to attack The Bunny and he humps Rose in a reversal.

Yep, this was the perfect segment for it. Monday Night Football kicks off and fans will immediately switch to that after seeing this piece of garbage.
