Via video, Shane McMahon announces that he will not be part of tonight’s show. Shane says we have one person to blame for that. It’s Kevin Owens. Shanee says his life coach sat him down and told him to simmer down. He will get Kevin Owens in the ring at SummerSlam. At SummerSlam, Owens will have to grab a mic and tell the world that he quits.
In-Ring Segment: Kevin Owens
Owens says Shane isn’t here tonight but they will somehow find a way to get through it together. Maybe tonight the show can be able the talent and not Shane’s stupid face. Owens wants Shane to be sure he shows up at SummerSlam. Owens is not going to quit at SummerSlam because Owens will beat Shane. Owens is going to beat the hell out of Shane. Drew McIntyre interrupts and tells Owens that he has a match against him tonight. McIntyre cheapshots Owens. McIntyre sends Owens into the ring post. McIntyre tosses Owens over the announce desk.

Owens lands a few punches. McIntyre runs over Owens with a shoulder block. McIntyre beats Owens down in the corner. Vertical suplex by McIntyre. Overhead throw by McIntyre. Owens kicks out. Owens lands a cannonball in the corner. Owens lands a frog splash. McIntyre kicks out. After the break, Owens crushes McIntyre with a senton bomb. McIntyre kicks out again. Owens tries the Stunner but McIntyre counters with the Glasgow kiss. Sidewalk slam by McIntyre. Owens kicks out at 2.5. McIntyre calls for the Claymore. Owens superkicks McIntyre to avoid it. Popup powerbomb by Owens. McIntyre kicks out! Owens goes up top. McIntyre cuts him off. McIntyre destroys Owens with an avalanche kryptonite crunch! Owens will not stay down. McIntyre strips the announce desk. McIntyre puts Owens on the table. Owens hits a Stunner on the announce table. Owens sends McIntyre back into the ring. Owens superkicks McIntyre. McIntyre bounces off the ropes and walks right into a Stunner by Owens. It’s over.
