Maxwell Jacob Friedman, MJF, proclaims to be a pro wrestling prodigy. As a result of prowess, MJF has garnered quite a fan following, whether he likes it or not, in a very short amount of time.

Speaking with the New York Post, MJF told of the time a fan came to an AEW event dressed like a pilot trying to claim that he was supposed to get Maxwell to his next destination after the show. To Maxwell, this was an obvious attempt at kidnapping.

“At AEW, a fan tried to dress up I believe like a pilot and was trying to convince our security that they were supposed to fly me out on a private jet after the show,” Friedman said in a phone interview with The Post. “I can assure you that that guy was most certainly not my pilot, so there was once a fan who literally tried to kidnap me. I’ve seen it all. When I was in Mexico, people threw a car battery at me and urine at me. That’s because I don’t tiptoe around. I don’t hide how I feel.”

The fanfare may become even more hectic for MJF after AEW All Out on Saturday if he can wrestle away the AEW World Championship from Jon Moxley.

WrestleZone will have live coverage of All Out beginning this Saturday at 8 P.M.
