The Miz may not be one of the championship contenders on any WWE programming at the moment, but the superstar is a major star for WWE when it comes to television shows. Speaking during Advertising Week’s recent Virtual Equality Lounge, Miz and his wife, Maryse Ouellet-Mizanin, revealed that they’re both working on creating a brand new game show with WWE Studios.
The game show, titled ‘Brawl in the Family,’ is described as being an action-packed family competition show, which will feature tons of challenges, surprised, and a big cash prize for the winners to take home. During the lounge, Miz revealed that one day, he and his wife sat down to brainstorm the show, and was soon put into contact with WWE Studios to help further develop it.
The Miz cited game shows like Double Dare, Legends of the Hidden Temple, and Ellen’s Game of Games as big inspirations for why he’d like to create something, and he said he took little pieces of all those shows when creating Brawl in the Family. Currently, The Miz is the host of USA Network’s Cannonball, another game show that sees contestants face off in an aquatic arena full of challenges.
