Bianca Belair was recently a guest on SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio, where she discussed her recent move to Friday Night SmackDown, and how she’s excited to begin proving herself and live up to her own title of “EST of WWE.”
“I was definitely excited,” she said when discussing the move to SmackDown. “I felt like I accomplished a lot in NXT, I felt like I also could have stayed in NXT, but…I was definitely excited. But, I knew that in my mind, I felt like everything was starting over.” Belair went on to say that the move to SmackDown meant more eyes on her, and the chance for her to reintroduce herself to the world of wrestling. She went on to say that she was excited for the opportunity, and that she’s now ready to prove to the WWE Universe who she is.
When asked whether or not she believes she’s in ownership of things or if she’s just going along for the ride, Belair said she tries to have a hand in how everything goes, putting flair on anything she does. According to her, she isn’t a “bare minimum person,” and doesn’t want to just skate by doing the bare minimum when she could be doing much more.
