New Japan Pro-Wrestling has added several compelling matches, including Ariya Daivari vs. Alex Zayne, to its two-night Showdown in Philadelphia event on October 16-17, which will be held under the NJPW STRONG banner.
On night one, former WWE stars Ariya Daivari and Alex Zayne will clash in a singles match. Plus, Will Ospreay and TJP, who recently joined the United Empire stable, will face Ren Narita and Clark Connors.
Then, on Night Two, Fred Yehi and Wheeler YUTA will join forces to battle Jay White and Hikuleo of Bullet Club. The stable will also be represented in another tag team match where El Phantasmo and Chris Bey will face Daivari and Lio Rush.
