WWE NXT 2.0 Viewership Drops On 9/28, Key Demographic Rating Falls 30% Compared To Last Week

The viewership for WWE NXT 2.0 substantially dropped this week.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports that 655,000 viewers watched the September 28 episode, which is down from the 746,000 viewers who watched last week.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, Thurston reports that the show dropped 30% compared to last week, as it drew a 0.14 rating compared to the 0.20 rating in the same demographic last week. Overall, in this demographic, NXT ranked #32 among all shows on cable on Tuesday.

This week’s show was built around a “Ladies Night” theme; it featured an NXT Women’s Championship Match in the main event, and Zoey Stark and Io Shirai defended the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship earlier in the night. Tuesday’s show was the third episode since the launch of the complete “2.0” revamp.
