Representatives of Jim Neidhart are denying reports of his arrest by the Hillborough County Sheriff’s Office on April 18th, reports PWInsider.com. Rather, Neidhart’s people say he "turned himself in" after realizing he had missed the court date for driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle.
He paid the surety bonds and was released. At no point was Neidhart arrested or taken into police custody.
