A video recapped moments on the show and hyped tonight’s elimination…The opening video aired and Todd Grisham and Josh Matthews welcomed us to NXT. They tossed it up to Matt Striker who setup the Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em challenge.

Johnny Curtis fell off first while pushing Derrick Bateman so Bateman won. Brodus Clay shoved Byron Saxton off and was disqualified. He stormed over to Striker and said he wasn’t getting embarrassed because he was too big for the inflatable. He stormed off and Saxton faced off with Bateman. They called the match for Saxton, but the video showed it too close to call. They replayed it and Saxton won finally…[C]

1. Derrick Bateman (w/Daniel Bryan) defeated Byron Saxton (w/Dolph Ziggler) at 4:16. A video recapped Bateman calling Ziggler Turd Ferguson last week. The crowd chanted “Turd” several times, even started one time by Chris Masters. Both guys got in their offense. Bryan tried to talk Bateman through putting on a leg lock, but Saxton hooked a rollup. Bateman kicked out and grabbed the arm. He locked in the LaBell lock for the submission win…[C]

The Rookies faced the WWE Shop.com Challenge. They had to guess the price of various WWE products. Tony Chimel did a Rod Roddy from Price is Right thing complete with music. Rookie Diva AJ showed off a Top 50 Wrestler DVD that Clay got closest on.

Rookie Diva Naomi had a WWE Kids magazine that Clay got right. AJ was back with a world title kids belt that Saxton got right. Naomi came back with a history of WWE Championship book that Clay was right. Saxton went over by 95 cents and somebody said, “That’s the first time Saxton’s been over.” Funny. Clay won the contest giving him three points, tying him with Curtis…[C]

The Elimination Chamber video played…Backstage, Johnny Curtis and R-Truth had their weekly little moment. Curtis asked Truth about the rumors. Truth said Bateman had two things to worry about, elimination and Brodus Clay. He said nothing else mattered and they made up…

2. Brodus Clay (w/Ricardo Rodriguez) defeated Johnny Curtis (w/R-Truth) at 6:12. Before the match started, Ziggler called out, “What’s up Milwaukee!” in his best R-Truth imitation. Truth started another “turd” chant. Clay tossed Curtis all over the ring and locked in a guillotine choke. (How about that Mark Gessner!)

Ziggler stormed off stage as more turd chants were started by Masters, but he came back. Curtis hit a low dropkick and a leg drop to the back of the head. He hit a missile dropkick, but Clay grabbed the ropes to avoid a pin. He hit a hangman on Curtis and followed with a powerslam for the win…The 2-21-11 video aired…[C]

Striker announced that since there was a tie, each man gets 20 seconds to sell the WWE Universe. Bet you can’t guess who won. Curtis had immunity. Byron Saxton was eliminated. The pros punked Ziggler for his guy losing.

Saxton sold about to cry and then went on a rant about not understanding how he was eliminated. Saxton smiled and said he forgave them. He said everybody makes mistakes and one day common sense would come back home and everything would be A-OK.

Saxton backed up the ramp and Ziggler went ape shit on him. He called him a Brian Gumble look alike and said he would never be a champion like him. He told Saxton to get out several times. Daniel Bryan said if Saxton was a real man he would punch Ziggler in the face. Ziggler told him to leave again, and Saxton did while pointing at Ziggler…
