DGUSA News: Complete Philly Lineup, Doi’s Partner, More

Dragon Gate had its core shaken over the weekend with a ripple effect on Dragon Gate USA. Here’s the latest:

-Warriors joined Naruki Doi’s unnamed stable to form an 11 man unit that has Doi, CIMA, Ricochet, Brodie Lee and Dragon Kid among others. Visit www.IHeartDG.com for the complete story.

-This means that Naruki Doi has announced his partner for the Open The United Gate Title round robin tournament on 1/28 in Manhattan, 1/29 in Philadelphia and 1/30 in Union City. -We can also announce that Naruki Doi will be a head trainer along with CIMA for the Seminar/Tryout for wrestlers on 1/29 in Philly. This looks to be a small class so there will be a lot of hands on training and you will get a very close look.

-Brodie Lee vs. YAMATO, Jimmy Jacobs vs. Rich Swann and Sami Callihan taking Ricochet’s spot in the Six Way Freestyle were announced for 1/29 in Philly in today’s DGUSA.tv News Alerts. Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
