RAW Opener:

Santino and Kozlov come to the ring with Tamina to defend their WWE Tag Team Championships, and before their music even cuts off Nexus rushes the ring and starts beating them up. Punk comes out to watch the carnage and Santino and Kozlov get thrown out of the ring and Punk gets on the mic and says the match has been rescheduled. He says ever since Nexus showed up they have been the most dominant force, and now they are even stronger. He says they can shine brighter and and he just set an example unlike Wade Barrett, who always failed. He also put Cena out by himself, and he hopes Cena delivers a farewell speech tonight because his days are over while Punk’s are just beginning. He says the icing on the cake will be when he initiates himself the new leader of the "new" Nexus, and everyone needs to prove themselves to show they belong in Nexus.

Otunga grabs the mic and he says they would be honored to be initiated in, and Punk says they honor will be all his. Punk calls McGillicutty up first, and mentions all the beatdowns Nexus has dished out, and says his initiation is to be on the receiving end of one. He tells Husky Harris to start it, and while they think about it, Otunga picks him up and slams him as the rest look on confused. Slater attacks next, then Husky hits a running back splash, and they drag him in the corner so Gabriel can hit the 450 splash. The four other members pick him up and place him on Punk’s shoulders, and he drops McGillicutty with the GTS then leaves the ring. He tells them to get him, and the others drag him out of the ring and carry McGillicutty to the back on their shoulders.

R-Truth vs Alberto Del Rio

Truth sends Alberto into the corner with a clothesline and goes for ten punches but Alberto shoves him back and slams him to the mat. Alberto punches Truth in the head then whips him off the ropes but Truth ducks and hits a hurricanrana, then runs back at Alberto and they both crash to the floor. The ref starts the count as they slug it out, and Ricardo mocks Truth and yells "what’s up" at him. Truth turns around and drills him with a right, and Alberto uses the distraction to get in the ring as the ref reaches 10.

Winner – Alberto Del Rio
