Miz is talking to Alex Riley about how important his match with John Morrison is tonight. Riley says he will pin him, but Miz says that isn’t good enough and he needs to beat him so he can’t stand. Miz says he is going to pick Lawler apart, piece by piece, and he’ll do the same thing to Morrison if there is anything left. Morrison comes in and makes fun of Riley, then says if he beats him he wants to pick the time and stipulation for his title match. Riley wants to know what he gets, and Morrison says he should quit if that happens, but if Riley beats him he will forfeit his title shot, then says tonight will be awesome and leaves.

John Morrison vs Alex Riley

Riley knocks Morrison down but he gets right up and punches Riley in the corner. Morrison hits a side Russian legsweep for two then gets distracted by Miz and Riley knocks him down. Riley clotheslines him then applies a side headlock, and slams Morrison down with a side suplex. Riley continues the offense by whipping him across the ring then hitting a running forearm shot, and goes back to shoulder submission. Morrison is able to throw him off and gets a boot up in the corner, and tries to hit the Flying Chuck, but Miz grabs the ropes and knocks him down. The referee sees it and throws him out of ringside, then Riley rolls Morrison up but can’t keep him pinned. Morrison nails with a flying kick and a running knee and pins him, and Miz is standing on the ramp and can’t believe it. Morrison walks up to Lawler and says he wants his title match next week, and it will be Falls Count Anywhere.
