Angle Requests X-Division Match, ECW Star's Neck Surgery

The Figure Four Weekly Newsletter is reporting that TNA star Kurt Angle recently pitched an idea to creative which would see him working against X-Division star The Amazing Red. TNA officials reportedly turned down the idea.

Former ECW star Mikey Whipwreck posted the following on his Facebook page: "OK Here's the scoop. Anterior Cervical Disectomy & Fusion surgery set for mid October. I'd do it sooner but I have some things coming up that I can't put off. Dr. says I'm crazy for waiting that long but What can ya do? I'm just a bad ass. lol."
