Who WWE Teased as The Raw General Manager Tonight

Last week, WWE teased that the guest host might be Stone Cold Steve Austin by having some of the emails include Austin catchphrases. For those of you who didn't notice it this week, WWE teased "Rowdy" Roddy Piper as the possible host when the email read, "Just when you think you have the answers, I change the questions." Piper made this line famous when he said it to Frank Williams on The Piper's Pit.
