 Welcome to the latest installment of WrestleZone’s "Did You Know" wrestling-facts feature. In this space we will take a look at some interesting and informative pro wrestling related facts. It’s similar to WWE’s "Did You Know" breaks o RAW each week, however WrestleZone will come at you with the real deal!

DID YOU KNOW:

Since the WWE brand extension, Matt Hardy has had the most roster moves. He was originally drafted to RAW in the first WWE draft. From there he moved on to Smackdown!, then moved back to RAW in 2004, and then got fired. He returned to the RAW brand later that year. Then returned to Smackdown! until he was drafted to ECW in the 2008 WWE draft. In 2009 he returned to Smackdown!, then got drafted to RAW. In June of 2009, he was traded back to Smackdown! to equal a total of 7 total roster moves and 8 brands he was a part of.

DID YOU KNOW:

Big Show went 0-6 at WrestleMania before picking up a win at WrestleMania 22. He is now 1-8, which is statistically could be considered the worst WrestleMania record out of everyone who has competed.

Tito Santana holds the longest losing streak at WrestleManias with 7 straight losses.

Prior to this year, Jeff Hardy was 0-5 at WrestleMania.

DID YOU KNOW:

Kurt Angle was the first man to win both WWE and TNA World titles. Mick Foley also had won both TNA and WWE World titles, and is the only other man to do so.

The Dudley Boyz were the first WWE Tag Team to hold both the WWE and World Tag Team Titles. They are also the only tag team to win both WWE and TNA Tag team gold.

DID YOU KNOW:

Triple H was the first full-fledged heel character to win the WWE title and leave WrestleMania as champion. (Yokozuna also won a WWE title at WrestleMania but lost it seconds later).

Triple H and Shawn Michaels were never tag-team champions as a duo until 2009. They have each held the tag-titles with other partners, however, but never as D-Generation X until 2009.

DID YOU KNOW:

John Morrison’s Intercontinental title win on SmackDown! was the first time the I-C title has changed hands on SmackDown! since June 28, 2001 when Albert won the title from Kane.

Yokozuna has the shortest WWE title reign (and World title reign in general) winning and losing the title at WrestleMania IX with a difference of around 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

Jeff Hardy has the shortest World Heavyweight title reign as he held the title for 3 minutes and 10 seconds at Extreme Rules 2009.

Rhino and Raven have appeared on the station Spike TV for 3 different promotions. During each time in the different promotions, Spike TV had a different name. In ECW, Spike TV was TNN. When WWE started off on Spike TV, they became "The New TNN". And now they are Spike TV with TNA.

There have been 5 wrestlers to win a championship in their WWE debut: Christian (Light-Heavyweight), Jerry Lynn (Light-Heavyweight), Gail Kim (Womens), Carlito (U.S.), and Santino Marella (Intercontinental).

DID YOU KNOW:

Mr. McMahon has never won a match at WrestleMania going 0-3. Also, both matches he was a manager in, his wrestler lost (WrestleMania 2000 managing The Rock and WrestleMania 23 managing Umaga)

There are 3 men in the history of the WWE to relinquish the WWE championship due to injury: Shawn Michaels (1997), John Cena (2007), and Batista (2009). There are also two men who relinquished the World Heavyweight championship due to injury: Batista (2006) and Edge (2007).

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin holds the record for the most Royal Rumble wins.

Rob Van Dam still holds an undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

Sting and Ole Anderson are the only 2 former 4 horseman that have not worked for the WWE.

While now more than one man can claim to be a Triple Crown champion in WWE, only Bret Hart has accomplished that feat all within SummerSlam events (Tag-Titles in 1990, I-C Title in 1991 and WWE Title in 1997).
