TNA Impact Opener:

Footage from earlier today is shown, and Jeff Jarrett is in Hogan’s office talking about what happened last week. Hogan says he is glad to see Jarrett handling his business with Bischoff and that the fans being behind him is a good thing. He tells Jarrett if he can beat AJ Styles tonight, he will be the new #1 contender after Lockdown. Jarrett leaves and "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal enters the office. He says to Hogan that it’s been awhile and that he heard Hogan won’t be at the show tonight. He asks Hogan to let him take care of some business for him in his absence. Hogan imitates Savage and they have a nice little Mega Powers reference to end the segment.

In Ring Segment:

The Band is out first with Bubba The Love Sponge. He says all of the fans want to be him because of his radio fame. He says he doesn’t need this job, but if he’s staying in TNA, then he’s hanging out with the Band. He announces that he will handle all future interviews with the Band. He hands of the mic to Kevin Nash. He says he didn’t want to brag about screwing over Eric Young, because he became friends with EY and he didn’t like what happened. EY comes down the ramp and gets in the ring. Nash says what he did was business and it was nothing personal. Nash offers EY a spot in the Band because he says he deserves it, and the tag match scheduled for later shouldn’t happen because Hardy and RVD aren’t in their league. EY answers by punching Nash in the face, and hitting Hall and Syxx-Pac before going after Bubba. Nash retaliates and tells EY that he made a big mistake. The Band begin to attack EY but he is quickly saved by Hardy and RVD. Hardy says they ready to do the match right now, but since The Band thinks they are the main event, that’s when the match will take place. Hardy finishes by saying in honor of Lockdown their match will be inside a steel cage!
