The Wrestling Observer is reporting that last week’s rather uneventful edition of WWE Raw was mainly due to both the creative team and the talent roster being worn out exhausted from overseas tours and having little time in between PPV’s to rest and book. The creative team, as we reported a week ago, was not happy with the way booking was happening for The Hell in a Cell PPV, because they felt the nature of the show left little room for creativity on TV.
As far as the talent goes, most of them worked overseas tours in Central America and Europe, and then had to fly back immediately to tape Raw on Monday night, creating an altogether lackluster Raw heading into the PPV.
