Reader Feedback: Fan Run-In Incident At SummerSlam

READER FEEDBACK (continued …)

Kyle Carlin sent along the following: When I first saw the fan, I thought it looked like Ted DiBiase Jr., which it turned out not to be, but it makes me wonder if it is Brett DiBiase.  I don’t know how much they look alike, but I won’t be surprised if it is him.  I think it is definitely a plant though due to the cameras staying on the incident more than usual, and that WWE.com is mentioning it.  I guess we’ll find out tomorrow night.

Nik Venom sent along the following: Hello, while i was watching WWE Summerslam i watched the run in and can say this, the fan ran in to stop John Cena from winning. If you look at Randy Orton a second before the run in. Randy was about to tap and the hardcore fan did not want that. My best guess is that it was to stop another John Cena title run. Im not saying this for sure but it did seem that, that was what the fan’s intension was. Thank you for your time I know you are all busy.

Jordan Rossy sent along the following: It sure looked A LOT like Ted Dibiase’s younger brother, who is currently training for a WWE career.  Would make a lot of sense for him to take Teddy’s spot in Legacy once Teddy turns face.

Sean DiFranza sent along the following: Hey just wanted to give you some feedback on that fan incident. I ordered the PPV from home and in my opinion it looked as if Cena was going to win the match as he dragged Orton to the middle of the ring to get the win until the fan came in. If it was fake, then it played off nicely as Orton FOUND a way to win. If it was real, then they would have given Cena another chance to win by way of STF or AA.

Carl Eggemeyer sent along the following: While I wasn’t at the event, I read on your website that Bryan Danielson has signed with WWE. To me, the "fan" that ran in during the Cena-Orton bout looked a lot like Danielson. Also, when they were trying to wrestle him away from the ref, I thought I heard him saying "grab my legs, grab my legs". Just thought I’d share that with ya.
