Mike Aldren reported the following news in his WRESTLING GLOBE NEWSLETTER concerning 3rd generation star Mike DiBiase who has been having legal troubles, and was schedule for a court hearing on July 14 that he "no-showed". The Texas based star had been arrested in possession of a TV set that had been found missing from the room he had used after a show in March of this year. A bench warrant for his arrest has been issued as a result of him missing the court date.
Aldren quotes Capt. Larry McDugle of the Walker County Sheriff’s Office: "Michael Wills DiBiase was booked into the
Walker County jail at 2:19 pm, March 22, 2009 on a charge of Theft of Property $500 to $1500 out of Tyler County, Texas. He was released on bond at 4:09 pm the same date." Mike is the half brother of Ted Jr. and Brett DiBiase who are both under WWE contract.
