Backstage: Dusty Rhodes, Chris Jericho & ZZ Top

Backstage we see WWE Hall Of Famer Dusty Rhodes with Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top and Santino. They discuss some tour with the rock band Aerosmith. Chris Jericho enters the room and said finally everyone is in the room together. He mentions his rock band Fozzy, but everyone claims to have not heard of that band. Jericho says they should jam-out later in the show. ZZ Top has different plans, as they book a match for tonight. It will be Chris Jericho vs. Mark Henry in one-on-one action.

Segment: The Brian Kendrick Punks Jerry Lawler

We return from commercial with The Brian Kendrick at the announcers table lobbying to be Chris Jericho’s mystery tag-team partner at the PPV. He takes some shots at Jerry Lawler and gets into the ring. Lawler stands up and is pissed. He cuts off Lilian Garcia, who was about to introduce Kendrick’s opponent for the upcoming match. Lawler asks if he can introduce it instead. He introduces himself.

Jerry Lawler vs. The Brian Kendrick

Kendrick dominated mostof the match. The finish came when Lawler avoided Kendrick’s finishing move, which set up his infamous fist drop off the middle rope. Lawler covers Kendrick for the pin and gets the three count and the victory.
