HDNet offered Ring Of Honor (ROH) and a number of mixed-martial arts (MMA) first-run television programming.

MavTV will be replacing HDNet on Time Warner’s offering, which features, among other programs, a Roller Derby show involving WWE Hall Of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper.
