There are a bunch of fun statistical facts coming out of last night’s WWE Backlash pay-per view. Here’s a look at some of them.
-Backlash was the first ever PPV where all 3-brands world titles changed hands in one night. Randy Orton won the WWE title, Edge won the World title and Christian won the ECW title.
-Christian became the first wrestler to leave WWE, win TNA’s world title and return to WWE to win a brand’s world title.
-Edge’s title victory last night now makes him a nine-time champion. The only other active star who’s had more runs as champion on the current roster is Triple H with 13.
-Edge ties Triple H for five-reigns as "World" champion. Both have held that particular title the same amount of times.
