Update On Upcoming Undertaker “Retirement” & DX Tour

JD sent along the following to WrestleZone.com:

I have been reading on WrestleZone about the upcoming Undertaker & DX tours. There seems to be some confusion about these tours. It was posted on this website that The Undertaker tour is April 2010. This is incorrect. It was announced at the RAW house show in Dublin on Wednesday that both tours will take place this November.

The Undertaker tour date was confirmed in yesterday’s Dublin newspaper. It will take place in the o2 Arena in Dublin on November 14th, 2009 (which is a Saturday). Tickets on sale next Saturday, April 25th at 9AM. The show is a joint SmackDown/ECW show.

An interesting note, people are talking about this tour meaning Undertaker will retire because its called the R.I.P tour. The guy who sent you the original email that you posted even claimed it was called the "Undertaker Retirement" tour. Well in yesterday’s newspaper the advertisement shows a picture and it says "Undertaker’s rest in piece tour". Now why the way peace is spelt wrong there, im not sure, but that is the way it looks.

Finally, the DX Invasion tour is not a newly announced tour, this was originally being advertised as the Survivor Series tour. That tour name is now gone, it is still under that name on Ticketmaster but the tour is called DX Invasion tour on WWE.com. Tickets for this show have been on sale for a while now. The show is on November 4th, 2009 just ten days before Undertaker’s show in the same tour. The DX Tour is a RAW show.
