Lita Rumor Killer, Gange Cleared Of Charges, Raven/WWE Lawsuit

Amy "Lita" Dumas has emailed fans via her MySpace.com account to announce that despite rumors, she will not be making any sort of appearance at the WrestleMania 25 event-weekend. She will, however, be involved with Booker T’s "Legends of Wrestling Fanfest" convention for charity on April 3rd.

The Hennepin County Prosecutor’s office out of Minnesota have officially announced that former AWA owner and WWE Hall of Famer Verne Gagne will not be charged with any criminal charges as a result of the death of a fellow resident at the Friendship Village assisted housing. Attorney Michael Freeman stated, "Gagne will not be charged, since because of Gagne’s illness, he is unaware of what happened," stated at a press conference that is still ongoing. "Gagne suffers from Dementia, such that it would make it impossible and unjust for him to be held criminally responsible under the law in Minnesota."
