Former WWE star and one half of The Highlanders tag team Robbie McAllister recently sat down for an interview with Slam! Wrestling and had the following to say concerning his appearance on a TNA broadcast and subsequent WWE release: "If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t have done it…I would not have been been there, [at a TNA show] I would have not gone there. As you know, we were going through a rough time with WWE and I don’t know if I did it subconsciously, like I wanted to get fired. I don’t really know why I did it. Being with my family, I should have thought that this was a bad idea and not once did it really cross my mind."
He then talks about having spoken with TNA since his WWE release by saying "We have spoken, yeah, on quite a few occasions and we’ll continue to talk…If something happens, it happens and if it doesn’t, it doesn’t. I’ve had some good conversations with them. I’d love to work for TNA. Half the guys I know in the business work there for Christsakes. There’s a whole bunch of guys down there that I’m friends with. I’d love to work there." You can read the full story by visiting Slam Wrestling.
