It’s being reported that the current plan for TNA’s Destination X PPV next month will see the event headlined by Sting vs Kurt Angle for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Because The Main Event Mafia has been interfering in the previous Angle/Sting bouts, expect to see this match have added stipulation which will ban The Mafia from ringside. As advertised before, The Ultimate X Match will be returning at the PPV and will most likely feature Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Consequences Creed, Jay Lethal and 2 to 3 other talents which have not been named at this point. As far as the tag division is concerned, it’s been reported that Beer Money, Inc is expected to begin a program with Team 3D in the near future, so the PPV will most likely feature a tag title match between these two teams. Samoa Joe vs Scott Steiner is considered a lock based on the fallout from “Against All Odds” and AJ Styles vs Booker T for the Legend’s Title is expected to take place at Destination X given the direction in which these two have been recently booked.
