Report: Sting Currently Working With a Bad Knee Problem

Nick Paglino

Prowrestling.net is reporting that Sting was working last night’s Genesis PPV with one of his knees in pretty bad shape. The TNA Champion recently underwent surgery for the knee, however was reportedly in a lot pain as he worked through the match. This is the reason why TNA creative decided to go with the injury angle on Rhino heading into the PPV, as it would allow the two of them to work a lighter match which would ease the pressure on Sting’s knee.

As a result of this recent knee issue, there are rumors making the rounds that this may be Sting’s final year in professional wrestling as his body is apparently not allowing him to wrestle to his full capacity.
