We’ve reported here before that “Shady” Dennis Richardson, a West Virginia promoter, owes talent money.
To the best of my knowledge he still owes these folk money. In one of many text messages to me Shady wrote “u post crap bout me and don’t know the truth”.
Well the truth is:
Dennis Wayne Richardson “Shady” plead guilty to intent to defraud and obtaining money under false pretenses. the offences were dated may 14th 2007 and april 20th 2007 the court took the cases under advisement Mr. Richardson was assesed $1622.94 in court costs. My source is the Virginian Review, whose publisher Mr. Beirne confirmed publishing the court result.
If any reader has lots of free time you can check the Circuit Court case info in the various counties noted in the menu for Richardson, Dennis Wayne. I spent a few minutes and found several other charges and convictions, including promoting without a licence. Enjoy! The truth shall set us free.
