Ashley received 45 days,suspended, as the sentence. She was placed on supervised probation. She will be subject to drug tests during probation and will be required to seek drug & alcohol treatment. The charge of assaulting a police officer was dropped as part of the plea. She said she was sorry.

CHAPEL HILL — Appearing to be genuinely contrite, Ashley Fliehr, daughter of world-famous wrestler Ric Flair, pleaded guilty to resisting an officer and being intoxicated and disruptive during a confrontation between her father and her boyfriend in September.
