The lineup for tonightâs SmackDown broadcast on MyNetwork TV, from World Wrestling Entertainment, is as follows: Shelton Benjamin & MVP versus Hurricane Helms & R-Truth; John Morrison versus Festus; Matt Hardy versus Edge; Ezekiel Jackson versus Carlito; Maria versus Maryse; and Jeff Hardy versus Vladimir Kozlov.

Tickets for the following WWE events go on sale Saturday: January 9, in Hot Springs, AR, at the Summit Arena; January 19, in Chicago, IL, at the Allstate Arena; January 26, in Cleveland, OH, at the Wolstein Center; February 6, in Vancouver, BC, at the PNE Agrodome; February 7, in Victoria, BC, at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre; February 9, in Oakland, CA, at the Oracle Arena; February 16, in Spokane, WA, at the Spokane Arena; February 21, in Lima, PE, at Estadio Nacional; and February 22, in Santiago, CL, at Movistar Arena.

Dan Masters, from Dan Masters Live, has posted footage from a 2000 Turnbuckle Entertainment show featuring a match between the Armstrongs and the Southside Trash. Masters, who worked as Danny V managing the Trash, also appears on commentary as himself, along with Dusty Rhodes. Click here for the clip.

Wrestle Birmingham results from December 13 in Graysville, AL, at the Community Center: Joe Hogan & Lil’ Mr. Kennedy Bill Franklin beat “Iceman” J.J. Slash. the Dog River Boys over the Heartbreak Express. El Mexicano vs. Mike Jackson ended as a time limit draw. Thus, Mexicano retained the WB Junior Championship. Dennis Condrey pinned Elix Skipper (with Robert Fuller) to win the vacated WB Heavyweight Title. The pin occurred after the referee got bumped allowing Larry Lloyd to cram a hot dog into Skipper’s mouth. Buff Bagwell beat Sonny Siaki (with Robert Fuller) in a Jingle Bells match. Each man was seconded by a midget sitting on top of the turnbuckles with jingle bells. When the midget thought his man could take no more, he would “throw in the towel” as it were, by ringing the jingle bells. Siaki turned on Lil’ Poppa Pump. Skipper attacked Bagwell. Condrey made the save to set up Condrey & Bagwell vs. Stud’s Stable (Skipper & Siaki with Fuller) for the return to Graysville on February 14.

NAWA Ring Champions returns to the Purks Building (330 West Avenue) in Cedartown, GA, on January 10 with an advertised return grudge match in the main event: “The Master of The Spine Buster” David Young vs. “The Butcher” Bobby Hayes. Also: Special Challenge Match, Chris Ganz vs. “1/2 of the Technicians” Tyler Smith.
