PWInsider.com is reporting that Scott Levy, Mike Sanders and Chris Klucsarits have received yet another extension of time to respond to WWE’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against them by the three former contracted talents. Attorneys representing the wrestlers now have until December 8th to respond to WWE’s motion, while their first extension gave them until November 10th.
