Chris Yandek at thesportsinterview.com spoke with an obviously embarrassed Jake “The Snake” Roberts this afternoon. During the interview, Roberts admitted having a beer during a radio interview at 8:00am Friday and forgetting everything thereafter. He said he did not remember anything after that drink other than “eating McDonald’s.”
Roberts said he was told he was taken to the hospital and noted he had bruises on his body and knots on his head although he is not sure how he got them.
Despite this, Roberts acknowledged he “fell off of the bus” when he had the first drink and offered his apologies. He concluded by saying he was “scared” and “crying a lot.”
