Live Fan Report From WWE’s Unforgiven PPV

Thanks to Mike Kelly for sending this in:

I attended Unforgiven last night, and thought I would pass some interesting things on.

Evan Bourne d. John Morrison in the dark match with a perfect SSP.

First, before the PPV started, I could pretty much go backstage from where I was sitting, and I could see the coffin and stand that would evetually be used for the Undertaker’s promo. Also, Lance Cade and Jericho were chatting in the back.

During the unsanctioned match, I could see Cade watching the titantron pretty much looking for a spot to do the run-in.

Rey Mysterio got an unusual amount of heat when he came out. Maybe because of that hideous mask he was wearing. Kane’s pyro almost singed my skin.

The crowd was majorly behind Matt and Jeff during their scramble matches. Also, the crowd was pro-Jericho and my section went nuts when he won the WHC.

The crowd was dead when Kendrick came out.

Half the arena emptied during the divas match.

Big Show and Vickie were drawing major heat for their attack on Taker. It was interesting to see the guy on the side of the stage controlling when the flames on the stage burst up. I could also see the guys who carried the coffin out take off their robes and walk into the back.

Biggest Pops:

The Undertaker

Triple H

Batista

Randy Orton

Miz (Probably because he is from Cleveland)

Most Heat:

JBL

Vickie Guerrero

Big Show

Randy Orton (when he kicked punk)

Mysterio

All in all, the show was pretty good, and worth the 45 bucks I spent on the tickets.
